## New features
### Codex Ultrafast
Use `/ultrafast on` while idle to request Ultrafast for a Codex model whose catalog advertises support. Check `/ultrafast status`; `/ultrafast off` restores Standard. Enabling `/fast on` selects Fast instead. Neither command switches models.
Ultrafast carries higher provider usage charges. Provider access and speed are not guaranteed. Unsupported models remain Standard without automatic Fast fallback.
### Skill load counts
Open Session Files with `Alt-2` to see loaded skills above the file tree, with separate counts for skill bodies and reference files. Counts appear automatically; failed or truncated reads do not count.
## Fixes
- Restore fast transcript scrolling in large sessions while preserving copy positions and scroll anchors.
- Remove misleading Codex Fast warnings when response tiers cannot confirm routing. `/fast status` explains that limitation.
- Correct Fast requests for legacy or missing Codex catalog metadata to use the accepted `priority` tier.
## Other changes
- Instruct agents to reuse skills already loaded in context instead of rereading them during a session.
