- **OpenAI setup:** Set `OPENAI_API_KEY`, run `/login openai`, and save. Refresh `/settings` → Models, then select `/model openai/<model-name>`.
- **Login improvements:** `/login custom-provider` accepts a models.dev namespace. `/login openai-codex` adds Open Browser (Alt-O) and Copy URL (Ctrl-Y).
- **Diff:** Open with Alt-3; press F5 to refresh without losing drafts. File labels show new, edited, or deleted; a dot marks unseen changes.
- **Activity:** Session Files moves here (Alt-1). Click an activity or press Enter to view details; Esc closes.

### Breaking changes and defaults
- Removed the daemon, application service, `--app`, and `PersistentService` API. Use Mission Control in an interactive terminal.
- Custom providers default to Responses. Set `providers.custom.<id>.use_responses_endpoint: false` for Chat Completions.
- Automatic compaction defaults to 80%; explicit settings remain unchanged.
- Removed tool-output compression and its setting. Output limits and history compaction still apply.
