User ID (30 bits)

AIS version indicator (2 bits)
imo_number: Option<u32>
IMO number (1-999999999; 30 bits).
call_sign: Option<String>
Call sign (7 ASCII characters)
name: Option<String>
Name (20 ASCII characters)
ship_type: ShipType
Type of ship (first 4 of 8 bits)
cargo_type: CargoType
Type of ship and cargo (last 4 of 8 bits)
equipment_vendor_id: Option<String>
Class B Vendor ID

Class B unite model code
