True if the data is about own vessel, false if about other vessel.

ais_type: AisClass

Class A or Class B

mmsi: u32

User ID (30 bits)

ais_version_indicator: u8

AIS version indicator (2 bits)

imo_number: Option<u32>

IMO number (1-999999999; 30 bits).

call_sign: Option<String>

Call sign (7 ASCII characters)
