- `test_parse_rosetta_ruchy_files`: 19→5 (73% reduction)
- `test_all_rosetta_ruchy_examples`: 15→5 (67% reduction)
- `parse_json_to_dataframe`: 14→5 (64% reduction)
- `try_eval_math_function`: 13→7 (46% reduction)
- `eval_builtin_function`: 11→8 (27% reduction)
- `extract_json_objects`: 11→5 (55% reduction)
**Method**: Systematic Extract Method + State Pattern
**Quality**: Zero clippy warnings (fixed 7 pre-existing)
#### 2. SATD Elimination (Extreme TDD)
**Violations reduced: 26 → 23 (3 eliminated)**
Completed TDD cycles (RED→GREEN→REFACTOR):

- `convert_named_args_to_object`: Object literal conversion

- `is_module_resolver_block`: Pattern checking
- `mark_target_mutable`, `analyze_*_mutability`: Mutability analysis (5 helpers)
**Method**: Extract Method (reduced transpiler complexity)
**Quality**: Zero warnings, all tests passing, P0 validation passing
**TDG Improvement**: 75.3→75.5 (B), duplication: 15.3→15.5
