Background mutation test on parser modules revealed **29 MISSED mutations** across parser files:

**Patterns**:
- Match arm deletions (9 instances)
- Negation operators (5 instances)
- Function stubs (4 instances)

- Comparison operators (3 instances)
- Match guard mutations (2 instances)
- Function replacement with () (3 instances)

### Recommendation

**Option A - Immediate (if time permits)**:
- Address these 29 gaps to achieve 100% parser mutation coverage
- Estimated effort: 15-20 tests
- Would complete Sprint 8's deferred items

**Option B - Deferred (recommended)**:
- Continue Sprint 9 focus on runtime modules
- Create "Sprint 8.5" ticket for parser regression fixes
- Address after Sprint 9 completion

**Rationale**: Sprint 9 is the current priority. Parser gaps can be addressed in a dedicated follow-up sprint.
