magi-code 0.96.1

Repository-aware CLI coding agent for terminal work

# magi-code 0.96.1

## New features

### Local-agent pipe interface

Local clients can create and reopen sessions, read paged chat history, stream agent replies and tool activity, answer approvals, and cancel turns using existing magi-code configuration and tools.

**How to use:** Configure provider login and model selection through Mission Control first. On macOS or Linux, launch `magi-code serve --stdio` from your workspace as a subprocess with stdin/stdout pipes, not a terminal. Exchange newline-delimited JSON using protocol `magi-code.local-agent`, version `1`. Initialize with required capabilities, then call `session.create` or `session.open` before `turn.start`. Save session ID only after `input.persisted`; replace streamed text with complete `message.reconcile` parts and wait for `run.finished` before another turn. Answer `approval.requested` through `approval.answer`; use `turn.cancel` to stop. Approvals default to denial after 60 seconds. Never automatically retry an uncertain accepted prompt. Windows serving remains unsupported.

## Fixes

- Equivalent `MC_HOME` path aliases now produce the same local-agent context identity.
- Stop or disconnected input during a Bash approval preserves cancellation instead of reporting execution failure.

## Other changes

- Local-agent history omits reasoning records without explicit provider-summary provenance. Mission Control history remains unchanged.
- Reorganize internal modules without changing credential storage or refresh behavior.
- Remove correctness tests and CI workflows; retain opt-in profiling workloads and manual verification commands.
