Import (Ctrl+I) loads data from a TXT or XLSX file into the current session without fully resetting state.
Choose the file in the import window first. XLSX files expose a sheet selector when the workbook has sheets. TXT files expose a section selector when the file was saved as several named blocks. If a TXT file has no separate sections, the whole file is imported.
After confirmation, imported registers, flags, and RAM cells overwrite the current values. Other memory cells stay unchanged.
