Step-level config for StepKind::GhaWorkflow (W200-F9). Mirrors SubPipelineRef::GhaWorkflow field-for-field — the SubPipeline-rooted variant goes through a resolver that synthesizes a single GhaWorkflow step under the hood, so both surfaces resolve to the same runner arm.

path: PathBuf

Workflow YAML path, resolved relative to the camp root (e.g. .github/workflows/release.yml).

event: Option<String>

GHA event the workflow run impersonates (push, workflow_dispatch). None defaults to push at runtime — matches release.yml’s tag-push primary trigger.

inputs: HashMap<String, String>

workflow_dispatch inputs, forwarded as inputs.<name> in the expression context. Ignored when event != "workflow_dispatch".
