Describes the input rate for a vertex buffer in a VertexInputLayoutDescriptor.

Variants
Any attribute defined on the [VertexInputDescriptor] will advance to its next value for every vertex in a vertex stream; the attribute resets to its first value for every instance in a vertex stream that defines more than 1 instance.
