Expand description

An automaton shape this interpreter refuses to run, never a guess.

Variants§

§

UnsupportedEdge(&'static str)

An edge kind with no meaning outside the full engine (abort edges belong to T20 and later; the local-variable edges are only interpreted by attempt_with_locals, which has a frame to run them on).

§

UnassignedRead(LocalVarId)

A leaf read local variable var while it was unassigned (16.10): the builder rejects every read it can prove unassigned, so this is a malformed automaton or an evaluator reading a slot it was not given.

§

EndWithoutBegin(FirstMatchId)

A Transition::FirstMatchEnd reached by a thread that never took the group’s Transition::FirstMatchBegin: a malformed automaton.

§

BeginWhileOpen(FirstMatchId)

A Transition::FirstMatchBegin reached while the group is already open on the same thread: a malformed automaton (a region cannot contain itself).

§

MatchedWithoutClocks

A .matched end point run without a clock model: its status depends on the two clocks’ tick times, which only attempt_with_clocks has.

§

NestedMatched

A .matched end point inside an instance that is itself being run in another clock’s tick space: the model has one destination and one source clock, so a third is refused rather than guessed.

§

BadClocks

The clock model’s tick times are not strictly increasing.

§

BadTimeline

A Timeline’s tick list is not strictly increasing, or names a step at or past the trace’s real length.

§

NotASequence

crate::sva::property::Evaluator::root_sequence_matches on a property whose root is not a bare sequence (a cover sequence always has one).
