One instance port connection, realized as LRM 23.3.3’s synthetic continuous assignment: a native process copying src to dst, with static sensitivity on src’s cell. The list order is the registration order (after the continuous assignments).

Fields

src: PlaceImage

src_range: Option<(u32, u32)>

Some((lo, width)): only that sub-range of src is copied.

dst: PlaceImage

dst_range: Option<(u32, u32)>

Some((lo, width)): the value lands in only that sub-range of dst.

ranged: bool

A bit-select/part-select connection (a read-modify-write of the destination), as opposed to a whole-signal or whole-memory copy.
