A trend test’s outcome.

Fields

statistic: f64

The test statistic (U for Laplace, χ² for MIL-HDBK-189).

p_value: f64

Two-sided p-value against a constant rate. The one-sided p-value in the observed direction is half of it.

direction: TrendDirection

Which way the observed rate moves.

events_used: usize

Events the statistic used: n, or n − 1 failure-truncated.

degrees_of_freedom: Option<f64>

χ² degrees of freedom (2 · events_used); None for the Laplace test.
