pub enum Parity {
    ParityNone,
    ParityEven,
    ParityOdd,
}
Expand description

Parity generation and checking. If odd or even parity is selected, the underlying USART will be configured to send/receive the parity bit in addition to the data bits.

Variants§

§

ParityNone

No parity bit will be added/checked.

§

ParityEven

The MSB transmitted/received will be generated/checked to have a even number of bits set.

§

ParityOdd

The MSB transmitted/received will be generated/checked to have a odd number of bits set.

impl PartialEq for Parity

source§

fn eq(&self, other: &Parity) -> bool

This method tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 · source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

This method tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
