0 means unlimited (the subnet limiter is disabled), which is the default. Returned by workers in response to Request.query_max_connections_per_subnet. Carries the two prefix lengths alongside the cap: they are set once at worker boot from ServerConfig, so this reply is the only runtime surface that can tell an operator which mask the live counters are keyed on.

ipv4_prefix: u32

IPv4 prefix length in bits, 0-32. 32 (the default) makes an IPv4 “subnet” the single address, i.e. inert.

ipv6_prefix: u32

IPv6 prefix length in bits, 0-128. 128 (the default) makes an IPv6 “subnet” the single address, i.e. inert.
