Committed

Every worker acknowledged the commit; the journal confirmed the change.

Aborted

Every worker acknowledged the abort; the journal dropped the change.

Incoherent(Vec<WorkerId>)

The journal dropped the change, but these workers did not acknowledge the abort and may still hold the proposed values: restart them.
