InvalidBitWidth
Bit widths must be in the inclusive 2..=4 range.
InvalidDimension
Vector dimensions must be non-zero and no larger than
MAX_VECTOR_DIMENSION.
ByteLengthMismatch
Caller-supplied packed bytes did not match the codec shape.

Packed-code storage size overflowed usize.
RowOutOfBounds
Requested row is outside the packed-code matrix.
DimensionOutOfBounds
Requested dimension is outside the packed-code matrix.
