A way to specify a target URDF reader.
This is needed, since not all URDF-Parser are created equally. They can have minor structuring preferences, which can be respected by the use of this Enum.
Currently, this only changes Transmission styles.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Standard
The standard URDF configuration as specified by the URDF specification. This is the default.
This is compatible with ROS Control’s RobotHW way of Hardware interfaces for a Transmission.
Gazebo
A URDF configuration for Gazebo Simulator.
This specifies Hardware interfaces for a Transmission in the Gazebo style.
