Encoder-agnostic options. JPEG output is always 8-bit.

quality: u8

Quality, 1..=100. Higher is better quality and larger files (monotonic).

progressive: bool

Emit a progressive (multi-scan) JPEG instead of baseline.

subsampling: JpegSubsampling

Chroma subsampling mode.
