Inputs to a single completion request.

The agent loop builds a Context from the current session state and tool registry, then hands it to a Provider implementation to perform provider-specific request encoding.

Uses Cow for messages and tools to avoid deep-cloning the full conversation history on every turn when no mutation is needed (the common case).

Fields

system_prompt: Option<Cow<'a, str>>

Provider-specific system prompt content.

Uses Cow to borrow from AgentConfig.system_prompt on every turn without cloning. Providers that need an owned String can call .into_owned().

messages: Cow<'a, [Message]>

Conversation history (user/assistant/tool results).

tools: Cow<'a, [ToolDef]>

Tool definitions available to the model for this request.

Convenient for tests and one-off callers that already have owned vectors.
