Contains all the raw data needed to reconstruct a GalaxyModel.
Indices (graph, R-tree, HashMaps) are rebuilt on load.

bases: Vec<PlayerBase>All player bases.
player_state: Option<PlayerState>Player state at time of caching.
save_version: u32Save file version that produced this cache.
cached_at: u64Timestamp when the cache was created (Unix seconds).
