Current Kademlia alpha (parallelism degree).

window_size: usize

Number of samples currently in the sliding window.

p50_ms: u64

50th-percentile latency in milliseconds (0 when window is empty).

p90_ms: u64

90th-percentile latency in milliseconds (0 when window is empty).

p99_ms: u64

99th-percentile latency in milliseconds (0 when window is empty).
