OpacityLayer

Struct OpacityLayer

Source
pub struct OpacityLayer { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A composited layer that makes its children partially transparent.

When debugging, setting debug_disable_opacity_layers to true will cause this layer to be skipped (directly replaced by its children). This can be helpful to track down the cause of performance problems.

Try to avoid an OpacityLayer with no children. Remove that layer if possible to save some tree walks.

Implementations§

Source§

impl OpacityLayer

Source

pub fn new(app: &mut App) -> Handle<OpacityLayer>

Creates an opacity layer.

The alpha property must be non-null before the compositing phase of the pipeline.

Source

pub fn alpha(self: Handle<Self>, app: &App) -> Option<i32>

The amount to multiply into the alpha channel.

The opacity is expressed as an integer from 0 to 255, where 0 is fully transparent and 255 is fully opaque.

The scene must be explicitly recomposited after this property is changed (as described at Layer).

Source

pub fn set_alpha(self: Handle<Self>, app: &mut App, value: i32)

See alpha.
