Expand description

A parameter value that cannot be read, or does not fit its descriptor.

The source of text that cannot be parsed as its kind is the parser’s error.

Variants§

§

NotANumber

Text that cannot be parsed as an f32.

Fields

§raw: String

Text as given.

§source: ParseFloatError

Error of the f32 parser.

§

NotAnInteger

Text that cannot be parsed as a u32.

Fields

§raw: String

Text as given.

§source: ParseIntError

Error of the u32 parser.

§

NotABool

Text that cannot be parsed as a bool.

Fields

§raw: String

Text as given.

§source: ParseBoolError

Error of the bool parser.

§

OutOfRange

A number outside the descriptor’s inclusive bounds. A non-finite number is outside every bound.

Fields

§value: String

Number as text.

§min: String

Lower bound as text.

§max: String

Upper bound as text.

§

UnknownOption

Neither the index nor the name of an option.

Fields

§raw: String

Text as given, or the index as text.

§options: &'static [&'static str]

Options of the parameter.

§

UnknownParam

An id no descriptor has.

Fields

§id: String

Id as given.

§known: Vec<&'static str>

Ids the descriptors have.

§

BadOverride

An override with no = between the id and the value.

Fields

§raw: String

Override as given.

§

Param

A value that parameter id rejects.

Fields

§id: String

Id of the parameter.

§source: Box<Self>

Reason the descriptor rejects the value.

§

WrongKind

A value passed to check_value whose kind differs from the descriptor’s kind.

Fields

§expected: ValueKind

Kind that the descriptor accepts.

§found: ValueKind

Kind of the value.

§value: String

Value as text.
