Why a pushed pack could not be stored.

The Display text is sent to the client on the unpack <reason> status line. Every requested update is then refused with RefUpdateRefusal::UnpackerError.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Truncated

The client stopped sending before the pack was complete.

TooLarge

The pack is larger than receive.maxInputSize.

Fields

limit: u64

The configured limit in bytes.

Malformed(PackStreamScanError)

The stream is not a well-formed pack.

Ingest(Box<Error>)

The pack arrived but its objects could not be stored (bad checksum, corrupt object, failed connectivity check, …).

Io(Error)

Reading the client stream or writing the spooled pack failed.
