OverlayCut

Struct OverlayCut

Source
pub struct OverlayCut<'a> {
    pub overlay: &'a mut OverlaySurface,
    pub range: Range<usize>,
    pub overlay_id: u64,
}
Expand description

One overlay of a segmented frame: the OverlaySurface that draws the command range range of the frame’s scene, named by the differ’s overlay_id (frust_shell_common’s ViewCommand::Overlay, whose command_range is this range).

Handed to SurfaceRenderer::submit_segmented (or SurfaceRenderer::submit_segmented_deferred) with the same ranges SurfaceRenderer::encode_segmented was given as cuts, in the same order.

Fields§

§overlay: &'a mut OverlaySurface

The overlay drawing this range.

§range: Range<usize>

The half-open command range of the frame’s scene it draws.

§overlay_id: u64

The differ’s id for the overlay, carried back in OverlayCutOutcome::overlay_id and SegmentedPresents::overlays.
