pub struct MetadataField {
pub name: String,
pub field_type: MetadataFieldType,
pub tag_separator: Option<u8>,
}Expand description
One non-vector schema field.
Fields§
§name: StringField name on the underlying hash document.
field_type: MetadataFieldTypeField type.
tag_separator: Option<u8>Per-tag separator for TAG fields. None selects the
RediSearch default (,). Ignored for non-TAG field
types. The separator is a single ASCII byte; the
FT.CREATE parser rejects multi-byte strings.
Implementations§
Source§impl MetadataField
impl MetadataField
Sourcepub fn effective_tag_separator(&self) -> u8
pub fn effective_tag_separator(&self) -> u8
Effective TAG separator. Returns the configured value
for TAG fields, or b',' (the RediSearch default)
when none was supplied. Defined for non-TAG fields
too so callers can use it uniformly; the value is
meaningless outside the TAG path.
