RediSearch metadata field type.

FT.CREATE accepts schema fields that decorate the indexed document with searchable metadata. Phase B (this commit) records the field set; Phase C will wire the per-field search semantics into the FT.SEARCH evaluator.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
