InactiveOriginPruned

An operator that left the active set (unbonded, deregistered, or ejected) was permissionlessly pruned from namespaceId’s authorized set. Same cache effect as a removal (remove one). Event with signature InactiveOriginPruned(uint256,address,address) and selector 0x751d784ea42c1febd75b10de365adad031845ff22ac1c3bd93ed2aa5fa163ba2.

OriginAdded

One operator was seated as an authorized origin for namespaceId by its vetted publisher. The single “origin seated” event: there is no wholesale set replacement. Event with signature OriginAdded(uint256,address,address) and selector 0x72c95105598b0802c374f4ace940473389882cdfa304d5af6622ec1a36d6da7b.

Vetted namespace owner seats one more authorized origin. Instant: there is no pending state and no governance step. Reverts if the caller does not own the namespace, is not vetted, or the operator is not an active bonded node, is already seated, or would exceed maxOriginsPerNamespace.
