decdn-incentive

Part of deCDN — a decentralized CDN where nodes cache and serve BLAKE3-addressed blobs over iroh QUIC, and clients pay per megabyte in USDC with off-chain vouchers backed by a shared on-chain payment pool.

Status: early implementation. deCDN runs a public testnet on Arbitrum Sepolia and is pre-mainnet. Wire formats, APIs and on-chain interfaces change without compatibility shims until mainnet.

The payment layer: on-chain USDC payment pools, the off-chain cumulative EIP-712 vouchers that pay them down, spend-delegation capabilities, and the contract bindings and signature schemes that tie them to the chain. Talks to the chain through alloy. The redb feature adds a persistent buyer-pool store.

deCDN is dual-currency — TOKEN for staking and governance, USDC for payments. Every byte transfer is paid, including node-to-node cache-miss pulls.
