The operator’s raw registration record. active here is _nodes[operator].active alone — the flag deregisterNode gates on — NOT the composite isActive, which additionally requires bond over minBond and no unbonding request. An operator mid-unbonding is isActive == false yet still deregisterable, so decdn node deregister reads this (#1359). Zero-valued for a never-registered address. Container type for the return parameters of the getNodeByAddress(address) function.
