## Prerequisites

Since the seriaport crate requires some packages:
```sh
$ sudo apt install libudev-dev pkg-config
```

Also the user should be a part of the dialout group in Linux:
```sh
$ sudo adduser ${USER} dialout

# or 

$ sudo usermod -aG dialout ${USER}
```
