- `language-codes-full.csv` is from [DataHub](https://datahub.io/core/language-codes), and distributed with the Open Data Commons Public Domain Dedication and License v1.0. But it's just a repackaging of the Library of Congress's [ISO 639-2 code list](https://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php) in CSV format.
