//! This crate provides utility functions and types for code generated by the Smelt transpiler.
//!
//! Currently an intentionally empty placeholder: every runtime helper is still
//! emitted inline into the generated crate by `smelt-codegen-rust` (see the
//! `writer.line(...)` prelude blocks in its `lib.rs`). Those helpers are meant
//! to migrate here once the generated ABI stabilizes, so generated crates can
//! depend on a versioned runtime instead of re-emitting it.
