Runtime helpers for transpiled code.
This crate provides utility functions and types for code generated by the Smelt transpiler.
Currently an intentionally empty placeholder: every runtime helper is still
emitted inline into the generated crate by smelt-codegen-rust (see the
writer.line(...) prelude blocks in its lib.rs). Those helpers are meant
to migrate here once the generated ABI stabilizes, so generated crates can
depend on a versioned runtime instead of re-emitting it.
