A heap object.
Variants§
Str(String)
Array(Vec<Value>)
Object(IndexMap<String, Value>)
Func(FuncVal)
Builtin(String)
A first-class reference to a builtin function or namespace
(console.log, Math, parseInt).
BoundMethod
A bound method value (obj.method captured then called): dispatches
through call_method(recv, name, args) when invoked.
Null
The single canonical null.
Iter
A live iterator over a sequence, with a cursor.
BoundFunc
A bound function (fn.bind(thisArg, ...preargs)).
Class(ClassVal)
A class constructor value: the runtime object produced by a class.
Symbol
A Symbol — a unique property key. registered marks a Symbol.for
key (shared) vs a fresh Symbol().
Map
A Map (or WeakMap when weak): insertion-ordered key→value entries.
Set
A Set (or WeakSet when weak): insertion-ordered unique values.
Generator
A live generator, backed by a stackful corosensei coroutine in
JsHost.generators.
Promise
A Promise, backed by a PromiseCell in JsHost.promises.
BigInt(BigInt)
An arbitrary-precision BigInt (typeof === "bigint").
RegExp(Box<RegExpObj>)
A compiled regular expression (/pat/flags or new RegExp(...)).
Proxy
A Proxy: every essential internal method is diverted to handler’s
traps (see crate::proxy). revoked is set by the thunk
Proxy.revocable hands back, after which every operation throws.
