* `cmd` in a chord is the Windows key and `win` taps it.
* Input is posted to the foreground window: `type`, `drag` and `scroll` at a point raise the named window and fail when it cannot hold the foreground — bring it forward with a coordinate `click` and repeat.
* An element action uses the first action the element supports; a refusing control is reported, not clicked.
