* `cmd` is Command and `alt` is Option.
* `type`, `drag` and `scroll` at a point on a named window raise that window and check it receives the input; if it cannot be raised the call fails and nothing was sent — click the window first, then repeat.
* A minimized window is refused for `observe`, a window still and coordinate input; restore it first.
