## New features
### Clipboard image paste
Copy an image, focus primary or side Prompt, then press `Alt-V`. Prompt shows `[Pasted Image #N]`; submission gives model a saved-file reference for inspection. Without an image, shortcut pastes clipboard text.
Requires local desktop clipboard. On macOS, configure terminal Option key as Alt/Meta. SSH does not forward client clipboard; native Wayland requires compositor data-control support. Subagent steering editors do not support this shortcut.
Images remain under `$MC_HOME/tmp` (default `~/.magi-code/tmp`) for resumed sessions. Remove files manually only when session references no longer need them.
## Fixes
- Enable local transcript image previews in Herdr when terminal reports pixel dimensions; unsupported terminals retain text.
- Prevent Claude CLI startup timeouts during active masked thinking when CLI reports positive token estimates. Timeout limits remain unchanged.
