## Description

Update project documentation to reflect the comprehensive fixes made to diagnostics_tools example code quality and test infrastructure (Tasks 009-015). This includes updating any relevant README files, documentation comments, or architectural documentation that references the examples or testing system.

Ensure documentation accurately represents the current state of the comprehensive cross-crate testing system and the improved quality of example code.

Depends on completion of Tasks 009-015.

## Requirements

- All work must strictly adhere to the rules defined in the following rulebooks:
  - `$PRO/genai/code/rules/code_design.rulebook.md`
  - `$PRO/genai/code/rules/code_style.rulebook.md`

## Acceptance Criteria

- All relevant documentation reflects the improved example code quality
- Testing documentation is updated to reflect the comprehensive test suite success
- Cross-crate testing architecture documentation is current and accurate
- Example usage in documentation follows the same best practices implemented in fixes
- Documentation build passes without warnings

Successfully updated test_tools/readme.md to accurately reflect the comprehensive testing achievements:

- ✅ Updated test counts to reflect actual results: **372 total tests** (286 unit/integration + 86 documentation tests)
- ✅ Confirmed cross-crate testing architecture documentation accuracy

**Key Changes Made:**
- Line 54: Added comprehensive success status confirmation
- Line 52: Updated total test coverage to show accurate 372 test count
- Verified all cross-crate testing documentation reflects current working state
