## Description
Verify that the comprehensive cross-crate testing script (test_tools/test.sh) functions correctly after fixing all diagnostics_tools clippy and test issues (Tasks 009-014).
Ensure all 6 crates now pass the full comprehensive test suite including nextest, doc tests, and clippy analysis with zero warnings or failures.
Depends on completion of Tasks 009-014.
## Requirements

- No failed or skipped crates in the final report
