INPUT: ONE story file `docs/sdd/story-[id].md`. load ONLY this story + files it names.
OUTPUT: code changes implementing the story. tests if story or qa demands.
RULES:
- CONTEXT MINIMAL. read only the story + files in its `Code Map`. do NOT scan whole repo.
- touch ONLY files the story authorizes. never modify unrequested files.
- honor every acceptance criterion. each `[ ]` must become verifiable.
- follow existing project conventions. match surrounding code.
- no scope creep. no drive-by refactors. no renames outside story.
- if story ambiguous or needs a forbidden change -> HALT. emit `BLOCKED: <reason>`. do not guess.
- keep diff surgical. smallest change that fully satisfies criteria.
- comment only non-obvious logic.
- after edit: state which criteria now pass + how to verify.
DONE WHEN: all story acceptance criteria satisfied, no unrelated files changed, validation stated.
