OUTPUT: single file `docs/sdd/brief.md`. use `templates/brief-template.md` schema. fill every header. no placeholders left.
RULES:
- ask MAX 3 questions ONLY if idea blocks brief. else infer + mark `ASSUMPTION:`.
- one problem statement. one sentence.
- goals = bullets. measurable. no vanity.
- scope: split IN / OUT. explicit OUT stops scope creep.
- personas: name + need. terse.
- risks: bullet + one-line mitigation.
- no solution design. no architecture. no code. WHAT + WHY only.
- separate FACT from ASSUMPTION. tag assumptions.
- unknown -> write `UNKNOWN: <question>`. never invent.
DONE WHEN: brief.md valid vs template, zero placeholders, ready for PM/PRD step.
