This is a solo-maintained repository.

Decisions are made by the maintainer. Open a GitHub issue before a
large change. Small, tested fixes can go straight to a pull request.

Releases are maintainer-only. crates.io publish is a human step.
cargo-dist builds GitHub Release archives and does not publish the
crate.
Security reports go through [SECURITY.md](SECURITY.md), not a public
issue. Conduct is in [CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md](CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md).
Escalate a stalled or disputed change by opening an issue and waiting
for the maintainer. There is no separate committee.
