Agent Runtime Definition Builder

agent-runtime-definition-builder provides immutable builders and authoring conveniences used by agent-runtime-sdk. It assembles Agent definitions, validates behavior identity, and computes deterministic manifests without loading deployment settings or starting infrastructure clients.

This is a published internal implementation package. Agent authors should use the AgentBuilder and related re-exports from agent-runtime-sdk.
