One item grafted into the working set (ADR-058 Phase 3.2).

Keyed by chain sequence and carrying a verifiable provenance backref (chain_seq + content_hash): the agent can produce the witness chain for any grafted context.

Fields§

§chain_seq: u64

ExoChain sequence — the universal key / provenance backref.

§content_hash: String

BLAKE3 content identity — dedup key + provenance.

§kind: String

Originating event kind.

§state: NodeState

Causal-model state of the grafted node.

§score: f32

Similarity score that selected this item (higher is closer).

§content: GraftContent

COW reference to the item’s content.
