Metadata for a single segment in the catalog.
Fields§
§segment_id: SegmentIdUnique segment identifier.
shard_id: ShardIdThe shard this segment belongs to.
measurement: StringMeasurement name this segment contains data for.
file: SegmentFileWhere the .csx file lives, relative to the segments/ directory.
Relative, so the catalog describes a database rather than the
directory this one happens to sit in — see SegmentFile.
min_timestamp: TimestampMinimum timestamp in the segment (inclusive).
max_timestamp: TimestampMaximum timestamp in the segment (inclusive).
row_count: u64Total number of rows in the segment.
series_count: u32Number of unique series in the segment.
byte_size: u64File size in bytes.
row_group_count: u32Number of row groups.
column_count: u16Number of columns.
column_stats: Vec<CatalogColumnStats>Per-column statistics for predicate pushdown pruning.
state: SegmentStateLifecycle state of this segment.
