pub struct InstallArgs {
pub db: Option<PathBuf>,
pub tool: Option<String>,
pub follow_active: bool,
pub project: bool,
}Fields§
§db: Option<PathBuf>Path to the ASD database to wire into the MCP server.
Defaults to
tool: Option<String>Only install for a specific tool (see asd mcp status for the full
list of known tools). Installs into all detected tools when omitted.
follow_active: boolPlan Q t-003: omit the pinned ASD_DB from the MCP config so the server
follows the active repo (asd repo use) and hot-swaps when it changes —
one MCP registration that tracks whichever project you’re working on,
instead of pinning one database.
project: boolPlan S t-005: write a project-local .mcp.json in the current directory
(pinned to this project’s db) instead of editing each tool’s global MCP
config. The explicit way to give one project its own isolated MCP server
— useful when several projects share a global agent config.
