asd mcp — install, uninstall, and inspect the asd-mcp server
registration in known agent tools.
All tools currently registered share the de-facto-standard config shape: a
JSON file with a top-level mcpServers object keyed by server name, each
entry { command, args, env }. New tools that follow that convention are a
one-line addition to [TOOLS]. Tools with a divergent shape (TOML configs,
a context_servers/servers key, or a different entry layout) need the
Tool model generalized first — tracked as a follow-up slice.
