Where the cover art of a zvidlib::MediaOutput comes from when the caller has not set one with MediaOutput::set_cover_art, which always takes precedence.

Frame(u64)

Use the video frame with this zero-based presentation index, shrunk to a thumbnail and encoded as PNG. A stream with fewer frames uses its last frame, and a stream with no video frames gets no cover. A frame supplied as a GPU resource cannot be read back, so it gives no cover.
